Healthcare Systems Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

Our client, a major insurer in the Pacific Northwest for companies big and small, is going through a massive initiative to reduce the cost of healthcare by making their online systems for patients and providers easy, fast, and accurate. This requires Senior Engineers who can leverage their significant .NET platform experience, and have the ability to work well with peers, to make significant progress on development efforts with a brand new engineering team. You’ll work with other senior engineers and leaders on a greenfield project with visibility to the highest levels of the organization.


Responsibilities
  • Build commercial-grade, highly-scaled Mobile Solutions, Customer Feedback Solutions, Enterprise Services and other relevant digital solutions on C#/.NET in support of significant user interaction and rapidly-changing business needs
  • Lead analysis activities that create innovative digital solutions for our customers
  • Gather requirements and validate the requirement using data
  • Data related analysis and exploration of data to surface hidden digital assets
  • Breakdown requirements into digestible units for developers to create solutions
  • Partner with the business to develop dashboards and reports
  • Work with agile methodologies, such as extreme programming, test-driven development, and pair programming
 
Requirements
  • Healthcare analyst experience
  • Strong SQL experience and knowledge of Facets
  • Seven (7) years’ experience in Information Technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years' work experience
  • Experience with dashboards and tableau experience is a plus
 
This is a contract role, expected to last at least through 2018, at a fair rate. This is onsite at our partner's office North of Seattle.
